    The second half of the system, with a detail almost no bot gets right: if a lead sends three messages in a row, they don't get three separate replies — the flow groups them and answers with a single message that addresses everything at once, the way a person would. That modular architecture ended up becoming class material for the Master's students themselves.

    One of the earliest projects: years of radio broadcasts digitized from more than 3 tons of magnetic tape, transcribed in batches and then summarized and tagged with AI. Historical memory turned into a searchable archive.
