Whose data is it?
The data is yours: students, courses, sales, history. It lives on your own cloud, structured in a clean relational database — not in metadata scattered across twenty plugins — and exportable at any time: one click, not a project.
What if I want to leave?
You take your data, your content, and your students with you, in standard formats. No hidden lock-in: if one day you want to leave, they go with you.
What does the monthly fee include?
Maintenance and evolution: updates, security, monitoring, support, and continuous improvements. A team behind your academy every month, so you never have to patch anything.
Who pays for the cloud?
You do, straight to your provider: typically between €100 and €300/mo depending on your volume. No middlemen and no surprises — you see your infrastructure bill yourself.
How long does the migration take?
Between 2 and 3 weeks for the typical case, depending on the size of your catalog and your student base. We audit first and give you a date on a calendar. It is included in the setup.
Does it work with my payment gateway?
Out of the box we work with Stripe: payments go straight to your account, no middlemen. If you use PayPal or another gateway, we adapt it as part of the setup.
What happens to my current students and their access?
We migrate students, courses, and access: each student keeps what they bought, including lifetime access. The first login is a simple password reset; for your students, the change is just an email.
Why does it load faster than WordPress?
Because it does not carry the dead weight: no page builders, no thirty plugins queuing up scripts, with video served over CDN and an architecture built only for academies. On typical loads, up to 90% faster than a WordPress with membership plugins. And for your students it counts double, because a platform that responds is one more reason to stay.
Is it more secure than my WordPress with plugins?
Yes, because by design there are no third-party plugins to patch and no themes with back doors. The core is maintained and updated by a single team, the video is protected against downloads, and your data lives on your own cloud.
Why a flat fee and not a commission?
Because you already built your operation and today you pay no commissions: we are not about to add one. The fee pays for maintenance and evolution — updates, security, monitoring, support, and continuous improvements — not a percentage of what you sell.
Is the WebApp a native app?
It is an installable WebApp: your students add it to their home screen on iOS and Android with your icon, without depending on store approval — an advantage if your niche (poker, trading…) is not one Apple and Google like.
What if I exceed my plan's student limit?
You move to the next tier the following month. No penalties, no surprises: growing is the goal.
