You don't know which profile to hire now that AI is changing everything.
You're drowning in résumés and have no time to screen them.
Candidates use AI to look better than they really are.
You needed talent yesterday, but your process still takes months.
It's not that you hire badly. It's that the rules changed and nobody explained them to you. That's exactly what you'll solve in this workshop.
If you keep a specific role in mind during the workshop, you'll walk away with the decision already made for that case.
Which profiles are worth hiring today, which ones to boost with AI, and which no longer make sense. You'll understand how to hire in the age of AI.
How to interview and validate candidates who show up "enhanced." What to ask for, what to look at, and what no longer works to tell signal from noise.
+ on-screen detection demoThe four ways to bring people on, how to choose between them using four variables, and the five questions you have to ask any provider before you sign.
Tools you open and use in your next search.
The step-by-step guide so you don't skip anything in your next hire.
To decide which tasks are worth boosting with AI and which need a person.
To choose, in two minutes, how to bring on each role based on urgency, duration, control, and risk.
You paste the prompt into Claude, give it the role's requirements and the résumés, and it returns the candidates scored, tagged, and ranked, with the reasoning behind each score.
You're looking for a technical AI tutorial or a prompt masterclass. This is about hiring: the criteria to decide well and fast in this new stage.

I'm Juan Ballesteros, co-founder of FixRiver. Three years ago we built a software development company, and when we saw where everything was headed, we brought artificial intelligence into companies' daily operations: inside their processes.
I specialized until I became one of the sector's go-to voices — so much so that I'm a university instructor for the AI Master's backed by Universidad Isabel I de Castilla, Spain.
I've led AI development and automation projects for companies in Andorra, Spain, Israel, and Argentina. And to pull them off I had to find and lead more than ten different profiles in the tech sector: front-end and back-end developers, designers, AI specialists, team leaders, DevOps, cybersecurity, and others. Each one is hired differently — what works for hiring a programmer doesn't work for an AI profile — and that's where I learned how genuinely hard this is.
That's why I created this workshop. It came out of something that happened to me: I needed a key profile, I received more than a thousand résumés... and I found no one. What I learned solving it is exactly what this workshop teaches you: the criteria to decide who to look for, the tools to screen without burning out, and the plan to never hire blind again.

No. Since we don't want to tie you to fixed schedules or times, the workshop content is recorded and edited. You watch it whenever you want, as many times as you want.
About 50 minutes, split into three modules. You can pause and pick it back up without losing the thread.
No. This is a hiring workshop, not a technical course. If you know how to hire, you'll get value from it right away.
You paste it into Claude, give it your requirements and the résumés, and that's it: it returns the list scored and ranked. Nothing to install, no tools to connect.
It's free, you risk nothing: watch it and keep what's useful to you.
